18th + Vine Kansas City Barbeque As the name implies, 18th & Vine has deep roots in its own style of barbeque and jazz. This two-story restaurant has multiple spaces to explore. The dining room has traditional white walls and dark wainscot, accented with decorative chandeliers and sconces, which easily transitions from lunch to dinner. The “library” acts as a transition to the bar, which is black-on-black-on-black. Moving up thru a low-slung stairway, likened to an old speakeasy, you reach “The Roost”.
