Vector Brewing The quiet neighborhood of north Lake Highlands gets a much needed place to gather with their family and enjoy craft beer and delicious food. Vector Brewing prides itself on small batch brews with a particular interest in all things sour. The existing roof was peeled back to create a family (and pet) friendly patio looking out onto the parklet in the center of the strip center. The owner and brewmaster have very specific intentions on how to capture natural yeasts and fermentation processes and aging. The interior leans toward the eclectic personality of the Owners with a slight bend toward mid-century style. |
